Bastiaan Mulder
Bastiaan is an experienced facilitator, trainer, and executive coach. He has a background in Business Administration and after working for several years in a corporate environment he started BMOG in 2010. He has a great ability to build trust and connection in teams. Bastiaan believes that working both on tangible and non-tangible matters is the key to high performance. Bastiaan is also a facilitator and former Board member of the Foundation for Natural Leadership and licenced practitioner for Insights Discovery, Gallup StrengthsFinder and Barrett Values Center. 

Rokus van ‘t Riet
Rokus is passionate about his profession and committed to his clients and participants. He is analytical and pragmatic with a sound grasp of people and business. Rokus has been helping people and organisations to achieve success since 1999. He is a qualified industrial organisational psychologist and has worked for several leading agencies. He is comfortable working in both business services and the healthcare sector and enjoys supporting entrepreneurs. Rokus is married, has two children and lives in Amsterdam.

Bas van Putten
Bas is a committed and positive Trainer and Executive Coach with a heart for the conscious development of people in their work and in their lives. Bas studied Business Economics at Tilburg University and has many years of experience as a Marketing Manager at various big multinationals. In 2007, he shifted his focus to developing people. He completed his coaching training at the Dutch Academy for Psychotherapy. Bas is co-founder of Spot-On and is an internationally certified NLP Trainer. Bas lives in Castricum with his partner and their daughter.

Robbert Jansen
Robbert has experience and thorough knowledge of culture change processes, leadership and team development. His clients appreciate his directness, determination, enthousiast, his focus on results and his humor. 10 years ago, Robbert found his true passion as a facilitator of change and has been coaching managers and employees in both the business and non-profit sector ever since. After graduating in policy and organizational sciences, Robbert held managerial positions in several sectors. He completed two years of intensive training at Aberkyn, part of McKinsey Company.
